1. Revenue Share: You will receive the agreed percentage of revenue generated from the machine on a monthly basis.

2. Payment Schedule: Revenue share payments will be made within 15 days of the end of each calendar month.

If any customer or machine is not available, we are ready to give back your investment amount at any time as per your requirement. Your investment is fully refundable.

3. Agreement Duration: This agreement remains in effect until the machine is decommissioned or terminated by mutual consent.

4. Record Keeping: We maintain accurate records of all revenue and provide monthly statements.

5. Machine Relocation: We reserve the right to relocate or replace the machine, with your revenue share continuing as agreed.

6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or legal proceedings in Ernakulam, Kerala.
