1. Payment Options
Arcade machines can be purchased through three methods:
- Full Payment: Complete upfront payment for full ownership
- Revenue Share: Partial payment (1/4, 1/2 or 3/4) with revenue sharing based on the initial payment ratio
- Rental: Monthly rental option available (terms to be discussed separately)
2. Revenue Sharing Model
Revenue share is calculated based on the initial payment amount you invest:
- If you pay 3/4 amount, you receive 90% of the revenue
- If you pay 1/2 amount, you receive 75% of the revenue
- If you pay 1/4 amount, you receive 60% of the revenue
Important: If you do not pay the full amount, you need to share the revenue on the basis of the amount you paid. The revenue share percentage is determined by your initial investment amount.
3. Revenue Share Payments
Revenue share payments will be made within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. We maintain accurate records of all revenue generated and provide monthly statements to investors.
4. Warranty
All arcade machines come with a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase/delivery. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Technical malfunctions under normal operating conditions
Note: Physical damages, damages due to misuse, negligence, or external factors are not covered under warranty.
5. Support Services
We provide one (1) year of free technical support from the date of purchase/delivery. This includes:
- Software updates
- Technical assistance
- Troubleshooting

6. Machine Relocation
We reserve the right to relocate or replace the machine for operational purposes. Your revenue share will continue as agreed regardless of machine location.
7. Agreement Duration
Revenue share agreements remain in effect until:
- The machine is decommissioned
- The agreement is terminated by mutual consent
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mutual discussion or legal proceedings in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India and the state of Kerala.

For Investors - Terms and Conditions
1. Investment Agreement
The Investor agrees to invest in the arcade machine as per the agreed investment amount. The investment amount determines the revenue share percentage the Investor will receive.
2. Revenue Share
In return for the investment, the Investor shall receive the agreed percentage of the gross revenue generated from the operation of the machine. The revenue share percentage is determined by the initial investment amount:
- Full amount investment: 60% revenue share
- 3/4 amount investment: 45% revenue share
- 1/2 amount investment: 30% revenue share
- 1/4 amount investment: 15% revenue share
3. Revenue Share Payments
Revenue share payments shall be made on a monthly basis, within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. The Company (Game Maniacus) shall maintain accurate records of all revenue generated and provide monthly statements to the Investor.
4. Record Keeping
All revenue calculations shall be based on gross revenue before any deductions. The Company maintains accurate records and provides transparent monthly statements to Investors.
If any customer or machine is not available, the Company is ready to refund the full investment amount to the Investor at any time as per the Investor's requirement. The investment is fully refundable upon request.
5. Agreement Duration
This Agreement shall remain in effect until:
- The machine is decommissioned
- The Agreement is terminated by mutual consent
- The Investor requests a refund as per the refund policy
6. Investment Acknowledgment
The Investor acknowledges that this is a revenue-sharing investment and not a loan or equity investment. The Investor understands that returns are based on the actual revenue generated by the machine.
7. Machine Relocation
The Company reserves the right to relocate or replace the machine for operational purposes, provided the Investor continues to receive the agreed revenue share or opts for a refund as per the refund policy.

Payment Terms: All payments must be made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.
Delivery Terms: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Liability: Game Maniacus is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our arcade machines. Users assume all risks associated with machine operation.
Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Game Maniacus and are protected by copyright laws.
